Lesson Plans
Do you ever have days (or weeks) when your lesson plans look like this:
Yeah, me either.
Kris Bales is a newly-retired homeschool mom and the quirky, Christ-following, painfully honest founder (and former owner) of Weird, Unsocialized Homeschoolers. She has a pretty serious addiction to sweet tea and Words with Friends. Kris and her husband of over 30 years are parents to three amazing homeschool grads. They share their home with three dogs, two cats, a ball python, a bearded dragon, and seven birds.
Your realism always lets me know I am in good company…:0)
Never, ever, never. No way. 🙂
I'm so glad I'm not alone….
Thanks for being real along with us.

uhm, no, that NEVER happens to me!! snicker, snort!! I have been better since using homeschool tracker, but there are still some days where it looks that bad!
Have a great week!
I love this! Thanks for the encouragement today that I am not alone! : )
Amen sister! 🙂 Writing out a plan for the week usually automatically sabotages myself.
Lol! We have the same lesson plan today! Thanks for lightening my homeschool spirits.
Oh, me, too! Me, too! Thanks for making me feel "normal." 🙂
Are you saying there's something wrong with this? lol. Sticky notes to the rescue, yes indeed! And the ETC, which I assume must be an acronym but I can't think of what it's for — forgive my ignorance — but the thought that it could just be for "et cetera" made it even more entertaining. 🙂
Actually, that's what I'm aiming for.
hilarious!
hilarious!
And what exactly is the problem with this?
Usually I feel like it was a REALLY good day if I even have a list, and then to check more than half of it off? 😉
Love it.
Now, where are my post-its?
Why… I found those very detailed! ha ha ha (anxious laughter!)
Amber,
It's Explode the Code, though etc. would have worked very well there. 😉
I’m beginning to really enjoy your blog! Thanks!
I’m so glad! Have a great weekend.
